1. Log in to the GoodTherapy.org Dashboard here.
2. From your Dashboard, click the “Update Photo Gallery” link under the “Facility Profile” section on the left side of the page.  
3. To change the main profile photo, click on the "Choose Files" button (found under “Main Profile Photo”) to browse through the image files on your computer. Once you have located the correct image, click “Open.” (Please note: Photo files must be in .jpg or .jpeg format.)
4. Click the "Upload" button to make your selected photo file your main profile photo.
5. If you want to remove your current profile photo, press the "Delete" button. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to use a new photo as your main profile photo.
6. For Premium members: To change photos in your gallery, click on the "Choose Files" button (found under “Gallery”) to browse through the image files on your computer. Once you have located the correct image, click “Open.” 
7. Repeat step 6 for each photo you wish to add to your gallery.
8. If you want to delete images currently featured in your photo gallery, simply press the X in the upper right corner of the image you want to remove.
9. Once you have made all of the changes, click “Save” on the bottom of the page to save the images to your profile.  

Please note: If you have followed these instructions and are still seeing an old picture in your profile, it is most likely because your computer has not loaded the current version of the page. In order to see the new picture in your Internet browser, reload the page by holding down the Command/Control key and clicking the letter “R.” If this does not work, it may be necessary to clear the browser's cache and THEN reload the page.
